IN STUDIO

We offer THREE great ways to ride with us!  IN STUDIO, LIVE STREAMING, and ON DEMAND.

IN STUDIO:

We are currently offering in studio classes in Beverly, Amesbury, North Reading and Salem, MA.  All new Covid guidelines and procedures can be found on our policies page.

LIVE STREAMING:

In-studio classes that are streamed live through Zoom so you can experience your instructor’s motivation and class in the moment, alongside other virtual riders and those that are riding in the studio as well. Talk about community!

Check out a sample of a LIVE STREAM class with Emily.

We have made incredible strides since we first started by improving the sound, lighting, and the playback recording, to give you a great product and a unique experience from home. We offer live classes every day and each one is recorded so that if the time doesn’t work, you can take it later when it works for your schedule. Sign up on the new IC Virtual schedule tab.

For those of you who have been riding with us and signing up on the Beverly location, you’ll need to switch to the new tab starting on Monday 12/7. You can find this on the Mindbody app- search “Inner Cycle Virtual” or on our website, IC Virtual in the location drop down.

ON DEMAND:

A big and growing, professionally recorded library of high quality videos with instructors from all of our locations. You can pick and choose your favorites. We have different lengths, formats, and themes, all to the tone of your familiar and local spin studio, not the big guys with the name that begins with P- wink, wink. You can purchase all access for $29.99 or buy classes individually for 7 days for as low as $2.99. Try it out for free for 3 days, cancel anytime.

What is indoor cycling?

Indoor cycling, also known as “spin”, is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. An instructor leads the class through hills, sprints, and other simple moves for an intense, full-body cardiovascular workout in a dark setting accompanied by (loud!) music. Music and teaching styles will vary by instructor, but all will motivate you to ride hard and leave sweaty and feeling accomplished!

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably in form fitting clothes.

Do I need special shoes?

The bikes have stirrups that fit athletic sneakers, or you can clip into the pedals with SPD compatible cycling shoes. Footwear must be clean and dry for the safety of our riders and quality of the bikes. We do not rent shoes.

Is there a beginner’s class?

No, we do not have an official beginner’s class, but all beginners are welcome in any of the classes on the schedule. You control the resistance and the intensity of your ride. Our instructors will set you up properly on the bike and go over basics for you to ease in at your own pace. Please let us know that it is your first time cycling.

Is there parking?

Yes! All locations offer plenty of free parking.

What should I bring?

You’re going to sweat! Due to Covid, please bring only what you need. A water bottle is a must! Complimentary towel are currently suspended, please bring your own from home. If you do not own hand weights, all classes can be done using bodyweight alone. Please leave your personal treasured items and your phone at home or in the car.
