Deb has a Masters in Business from Bentley University. She is a fitness professional and a Health and Wellness Consultant for Jenny Craig. She holds certifications in spinning (Mad Dogg), group fitness (AFAA), barre, pilates, and is currently working on her personal training certification. Deb is dedicated to helping clients improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a health coach, Deb’s goal is to work with clients so they learn how to make good nutritional choices while empowering them to take control of their life. She is motivated by clients’ progress and loves seeing them get stronger in her classes. She makes it a priority to make her workouts fun, yet challenging, and always a positive experience! Deb describes herself as a cheerleader for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life and her energy is infectious!
