Born and raised in Peabody, Ma., Melissa is our first student-turned instructor! A proud mom of 2, she knows how important it is to have time to focus on you. “My children keep me pretty busy so it is nice to take an hour out of the day, just for myself. I can block out all my stress and just focus on the ride. I like to keep it light and fun, you burn more calories when you laugh!” Melissa’s classes offer a variety of music as well, from top 40 to David Bowie and everything in between. You can always count on intense drills, and new and exciting music with a comedic touch!
