The Inner Cycle is a dedicated indoor cycling studio. Our instructors and community of riders will keep you feeling strong, happy and healthy.

Inner Cycle’s new location is now open at 142 Canal St., Suite B. The entrance is in the back. Turn into the Starbucks drive-thru and follow straight, taking a right past The Artful Life. Ample parking is available in the plaza or cycle over via the Salem Bike Path directly behind the studio. This studio is equipped with state of the art sound and lighting that delivers big time vibes in the increasingly cool and funky Salem.
