CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cycle: Incorporates both standard and newer styles of indoor cycling drills with varied resistance. (50 minutes)
Cycle & Tone: A full body workout that combines both standard and newer styles of cycling drills accompanied by light weights on the bike for conditioning the arms and back. (1 hour)
Cycle & Tone Express: A modified, shorter version of Cycle & Tone. (45 minutes)
HIIT Cycle & Tone: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of muscle conditioning with resistance bands and light weights for a full body workout. (1 hour)
Tabata Cycle: The Tabata protocol- 20 seconds of intense interval training followed by 10 seconds of rest. (50 minutes)
Tabata Cycle & Tone: The Tabata protocol- 20 seconds of intense interval training followed by 10 seconds of rest accompanied by light weights on the bike for conditioning the arms and back. (50 minutes)
Tabata Cycle & Tone Express: a modified, shorter version of Tabata Cycle & Tone. (45 minutes)
