Greetings!
Happy Monday IC! Due to the weather predictions for tomorrow, we are going to cancel classes all day for BOTH studios. As of right now, tonight’s classes are on. However, please double check our schedule page before heading out as we will cancel if the weather gets bad this afternoon. We will continue to keep you posted on Wednesday morning’s classes. Your safety is very important to us… safety before sweat! If you were signed up for a class and it is cancelled, your ride will be returned to your account. Please read a few additional IC policy reminders below:
- If you are ever questioning whether a class is cancelled, please check our schedule page. It will say “CANCELLED” in red.
- Please bring a set of shoes to change into before heading into the studio in order to preserve the equipment and cleanliness of the studios over these harsh winter months.
- You are now able to schedule your rides up to 4 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to sign up for your favorite classes! Check out full schedules here!
- Wait list Policy: If you choose to add yourself to the wait list, please keep an eye out for an automated email that lets you know you have made it into class. You will still be charged for the ride if you get added to the class more than 2 hours before the start of class if you no- show. If you get added within 2 hours prior to class time and can no longer make it, you will not be charged. However, please reach out by emailing us: info@innercyclestudio.com to let us know so that we can give the bike away to someone else.
- Arrival time: If you are new to spin, please arrive 10-15 mins. early so that your instructor can get you comfortably set up on your bike. If you are a regular rider, please try and get here at least 5 mins. before the start of class. If there are people here on the wait list, we will give your bike away at the start of class if you are not here.
