CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cycle: Incorporates both standard and newer styles of indoor cycling drills with varied resistance. (45 minutes)

Cycle & Tone: A full body workout that combines both standard and newer styles of cycling drills accompanied by light weights on the bike for conditioning the arms and back. (45 minutes)

HIIT Cycle & Strength: High Intensity Interval Training Cycle and Strength is ~20 minutes interval-based fast sprints and steep climbs to maximize effort and calories burned, followed by 20 minutes of strength and muscle conditioning with weights and bodyweight exercises off the bike. ALL levels are welcome! This class is perfect for beginners or seasoned veterans looking for the effective cardio payoff of a cycling class with the added benefit of plyometrics and strength training. 

Stength Training *Off Bike: Our strength training class is 45 minutes (off the bike) utilizing weights, bodyweight, and other props. The class will begin with a dynamic warm up, including some strength training to-the-beat the activate your muscles. The second half of class will utilize heavier weights to help you build strength. This is an all levels class, modifications will be provided.
