Here’s what the dreamy weekend looks like:

FRIDAY:

Check in between 5pm- 6pm (flexible).
After the group has settled in, we’ll get sweaty with a signature 30-minute spin class led by IC owners, Emily and I, at the on-site lake house spin studio.

We will then welcome a very special guest and master yoga instructor, Gail Picillo, for a sunset yoga session on the waterfront beach. Yoga unifies your mind, body, and spirit. Gail will guide you through a light-hearted yoga flow, that will not only help you connect to yourself, but to others as well!

Following the workouts, we’ll relax and unwind with a homemade, healthy meal (buffet-style) and cocktails if you wish (BYOB).
We’ll close the night with a welcome toast and review the weekend itinerary.
SATURDAY:
The morning will start off with a gentle wake up and fresh breakfast at the house.

Mid-morning we’ll take a short drive to The Cotton Valley Rail Trail in Wolfeboro, NH, for a guided 3-mile hike to the beautiful Albee Beach. We’ll break to take in the beautiful views and have a snack and some bubbles! Cheese, crackers, fruit and champagne will be served (about 2 hours).

Following lunch, we’ll head back to the house for some down time. Relax, kayak, read, nap, or choose to explore the area however you wish. Later on, dinner features a homemade, healthy meal (buffet-style) and cocktails if you wish (BYOB).
We will then be joined by another very special guest, Matt Hooper, who will lead us in an intimate “Reflection by the Fire” on the private beach.
SUNDAY:
Start the morning with a gentle wake up, followed by a high intensity group spin class led by the one, and only, Matt Hooper!
Refuel with a buffet-style fresh, homemade breakfast. Check out around noon feeling revitalized and loved!
