VALENTINES DAY is Tuesday! There’s no better way to start your day or date night than getting nice and sweaty with your sweetie! This Valentine’s Day, we encourage you to bring your significant other to class with you since, let’s face it- having a workout partner can help us stay on track! Show them how hard you’ve been working and how much fun we have at The IC and maybe they’ll want to start tagging along. Couples that ride together, stay together!
IC AMESBURY: New Saturday Morning Lineup!
Starting this Saturday, February 11th, Lizz and Lindsay will be alternating every other week teaching the 9am Cycle Class AND we are bringing a brand new ROCKSTAR to our 10am slot- Melanie Rubino! You can also catch Melanie for the Wednesday 6am classes. She will be taking over for Lindsay starting February 22nd. Help us cheer on our rider-turned-instructor!
Melanie has a passion for life, adventure and fitness. After taking her first spin class 8 years ago, she fell in love with the ride, the mind-body connection to her bike, the intense sweat and killer beats. She is also an active participant in the 39.3 Mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and loves having the good health and physical ability to give back to the community. You’ll find Melanie’s teaching style to be dynamic, fueled with fun, and a little bit of fire.

Please be sure to always CHECK THE SCHEDULE before heading out when the weather is crummy! Safety is always our first priority. We try to give you as much notice as possible if we have to cancel classes. When in doubt, please check the online schedule to see if a class is canceled before heading out. We always post notifications on our social media pages, so be sure you are following us!
REMINDER- snow, ice, and salt = messy wet shoes and boots! Please help us keep the studio clean. Bring a pair of dry sneakers or cycling shoes for class and leave the mess in the lobby!
