Spring has sprung and our schedules are growing! The IC Spring challenge is off to an incredible start and the studio’s vibes are stronger than ever. We’ve got some exciting NEW classes to keep you motivated and engaged, along with some super fun upcoming rides and events. Keep up the good work, IC!


The Best of the 90’s Cycle & Tone ride with Lizz next Thursday at 6:30pm. Grab your bikes!

Don’t worry- The Best of the 90’s Ride is coming to Beverly as well! This Thursday at 9am, Grab your bikes! 

This Sunday at 2pm, come out and ride for the Buker School! Donations are going to the Friends of Buker, which raises funds to support and enrich the educational experience of students from kindergarten through 5th grade at Buker Elementary School in Wenham. More information is available at: www.friendsofbuker.net. Minimum donation of $25 to ride. Reserve your bike online for free and bring your donation with you to the event. Light refreshments to be served in the lobby after the ride.

FREE New Class Debut! HIIT Cycle Circuit! Thursdays at 7am with brand new IC instructor, Rebecca Dunlop!
This class consists of high intensity interval cycling (30 minutes) followed by circuit training (abs/booty, body resistance, Plyo/cardio blast, and free weights)! Cardio first to warm you up and get the heart rate elevated, then quickly transition for conditioning and strength training, a true full body workout complimenting cardio with strength! (1 hour, *indoor sneakers or socks for 2nd half of class) Space is LIMITED! Check out her first class free next Thursday!
Get to know your know your new instructor! Rebecca has been a fitness enthusiast since her very first group exercise class over 5 years ago. She saw the dedication and FUN a group brings to an exercise class and realized this was just the beginning of her fitness discovery. Rebecca quickly became certified and began teaching multiple muscle conditioning and cycle classes along her busy schedule. Fitness and nutrition is her passion, get ready to sweat in all of Rebecca’s motivating and volume-blasting rides!
Next Friday at 6pm Spinsanity is BACK with Heather Q.! Burn 1k calories in one spin class AND have a blast!
Ride N’ RECK Event!!! Sunday, 4/29 12pm
The Inner Cycle is teaming up with RECK Fitness to bring you a Stellar Sunday Funday!
You’ll start at The Inner Cycle with a LIVE DJ, 30 min. high intensity spin class with Hill. FYI- her hubby, Rich, will be spinning the beats! Then you’ll run/walk/jog over to RECK Fitness (135 Cabot St, about a half mile). You will then start with a 20 min. Bootcamp Session with Corey- an interval-based class that alternates between cardiovascular training and strength training. Then you will move onto a 20 min. boxing session with Dillon- Full body workout that focuses on rounds of different punches and combinations. Guaranteed to sweat with this high level cardio class and increase your muscle strength, reflexes and mind. (Boxing gloves provided)
We’ll walk across the street for a well earned cocktail at Fibber McGee’s to round off this sensational Sunday Funday!

FREE New Class Debut! Cycle Fusion 30/30 with Lisa!
Leave no muscle untouched in this true FULL BODY workout! You will start in the spin room for a 30 minute high intensity, interval driven ride and then scoot over to the room across the hall for a 30 min sculpting session, focusing on your arms, abs and buns! Get your cardio and toning all in one class!
Mondays at 9am and Saturdays at 7am starting this Monday. Both classes are FREE next week! Limited space so grab your spot now!
