Amesbury is getting there! We have spin, yoga, crossfit, a coffee shop, and a waterfall – but we don’t have outdoor workouts! Join IC Amesbury Instructor, Lindsay Sutton, and take on early morning workouts- outside! This is 5 class series meeting on Monday mornings at 6am for 50 minutes. It will be a combination of plyometrics, endurance, and strength training.

The group will meet in Market Square at the concrete steps/theatre in front of Flatbread with plenty of street parking available.

*Classes will be held on October 16, 23, no class Oct 30, November 6, 13, 20*

Please dress in layers as the fall/winter rolls in. We will reschedule class as needed for severe weather. You may either buy the 5 class series at a discounted price of $50, OR you may drop in for $15 per class. Please continue to sign up for the classes in advance on our website (even if it is early that morning!), so that we can plan out the class accordingly.
