Pop Up IC Crush Class!
Have you had a chance to take the IC’s newest Crush class?? If not, here is your chance! This class focuses on athletic based, timed intervals of heavy resistance. After a standard cycling, non-choreographed warm-up, we will move to tabata-like intervals uphill with heavy resistance for a generous segment of class, followed by an arms segment using heavy weights, with a controlled, non-pedaling lower body, to burn out the arms and back. We finish with some non-choreographed, but fast paced, cycling drills to flush the lactic acid from our bodies.
Lauren will be teaching our signature IC Crush class on the first Sunday of every month at 7am in Beverly. The first one is this Sunday, so grab your bikes and check it out!

Endicott College Relay for Life Ride! Sunday, 12/9 in Beverly at 4:30pm with Jessi!
Join Mackenzie Judd and her Endicott College team in the Relay For Life fundraising effort! Relay for life is a 12-hour, overnight team event to fight cancer. Each team works together to gather donations. For the event, all participants come together to honor lost loved ones, survivors, patients, families, and caregivers who have all been affected by cancer. Donations go to cancer research for finding a cure, patient transportation, treatments, and health care. This year Endicott College’s Relay for Life will take place on March 29, 2019 at 5pm to March 30, 2019 at 5am. Last year their team raised over $50,000 for the American Cancer Society.
A suggested cash donation of $15 is requested to ride. Sign up for free online today and bring your donation with you to the event. The journey to end cancer starts with a single pedal stroke!
