A Newburyport native, Lizz is a graduate of the University of New England, where she received a BS in Psychobiology Behavioral Neuroscience and Secondary Education. Currently Lizz is building her practice as an Independent College Consultant in the North Shore area. In addition to working as a college consultant, Lizz competes in open water swim races to help raise money for the charity, Cathy’s Kids, created in memory of her late friend that passed away of Leukemia. She is a certified SPINNING instructor and has been teaching classes locally for seven years. Lizz has a huge passion for big beats and coming up with creative moves on the bike. She is an avid spinner and spends a lot of time taking classes and getting spin-spiration from other instructors. Lizz is looking forward to bringing a few new twists and moves to Inner Cycle and she is thrilled to hop on the bike and get you sweating!
