Amesbury Summer Triathlon Sunday 7/17!
Spin, run/jog, and stretch with us next weekend, Sunday 7/17. We are teaming up with Pause Yoga for an awesome Sunday Funday summer tri. Join us at 8:15am for a 30 minute spin, followed by a 2 mile walk/run to the waterfront where we’ll round out with a 30 minute yoga session with Jennifer from Pause Yoga and finish up with a mimosa toast on the green. $30 registration fee to reserve your spot.
We start at IC and end on the green down the road so buddy up and leave a car! You can drop off your yoga mat (if you don’t have one, let us know and we can bring one for you) and your car at 414 Main Street and carpool back to the IC. That way your car will be waiting for you at the finish line. Please try to arrive at the studio by 8am so we can start promptly at 8:15am.

IC Summer Challenge
This year’s Spring Cleaning Challenge was such great fun and so inspiring, we’ve decided to run a summer follow up! The IC Summer Challenge kicks off 7/15! It’s a short one, mid July to mid August- complete 15 rides in 30 days… We know summer is busy and there’s vacations planned, weekend getaways, etc. so join our summer challenge to beat the slack and stay on track! There are no rules on the 15 spins, feel free to double or triple up on some days. We’ll be throwing in some weekly social media post challenges for some motivation and camaraderie. And of course- there will be prizes!
