We are teaming up with Ocean Chic Boutique and Salty Buddha to bring you a super fun Sunday event, May 20th!
This is a go at your own pace event with an awesome ending where you’ll sit back on the Seaside of Salem, relaxing with a cocktail while reflecting on all of your hard work. Grab your friends and make a day of it 🙂

We’ll start at The Inner Cycle 11am (Walker’s Wave) or 11:30am (Runner’s Wave) for a high intensity 30-min spin session co-taught by Erica & Heather.
Group run or walk (depending on which wave you sign up for) over to Salem’s Pickering Wharf (3 miles at your own pace).
Stretch and flow for a 30 min yoga session led by The Salty Buddha overlooking Salem Harbor.
Reward yourself for all of that hard work by indulging in an Exclusive Shopping Session enjoying 10% off everything at Ocean Chic Boutique & Waterbar – right on the wharf! (owned by IC Instructor- Erica Kirwan Bourgault.) All participants will also receive a refreshment (courtesy of DRINKmaple) and SWAG BAG!
Head next door to Sea Level Oyster Bar & Kitchen, sit on the deck and reflect on all of your amazing accomplishments while sipping on a complimentary cocktail! Here you will be entered into a raffle to win a prize pack of gift cards to Ocean Chic, The Salty Buddha and The Inner Cycle!!!

***This event is open to the public! We recommend teaming up with some fit friends to leave one car in Salem while driving another car to The Inner Cycle. This way, you can all get a lift back to your cars after you have completed the challenge. Or go stag and it’s a quick UBER!
